10/25 Cell Phone Distractions

I think most student i school's that allow portable devices are distracted by the device, but the others aren't. The students that are distracted most likely are very mobile device friendly; with Facebook, twitter, and etc. The others that aren't distracted may not be device friendly or they can just ignore the fact of being distracted by the device.i have a cell phone and it does distract me sometimes but it also helps me as well.
